Most products are offered in standard configurations and dimensions as listed on our product pages. By placing an order, you confirm that you have reviewed the product specifications, dimensions, and finishes, and that they meet your requirements.

2.2 Custom Orders

Some products may be available with custom dimensions, special packaging, or pallet shipping. Custom specifications will be confirmed via email before production begins. Custom orders cannot be cancelled once production has started and are not eligible for return except in cases of manufacturing defects or shipping damage.

2.3 Product Descriptions

We strive to display product colors, dimensions, and specifications as accurately as possible. However, screen displays may vary, and we cannot guarantee that your device’s display will accurately reflect actual product colors or dimensions.

2.4 Order Acceptance

All orders are subject to acceptance by Beaktor. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including product unavailability, pricing errors, suspected fraud, or orders violating these Terms. If we cancel your order after payment, you will receive a full refund.

2.5 Order Confirmation

Once you place an order, you will receive an email confirmation. This confirms receipt only — acceptance occurs when we send a shipping confirmation or begin production on your custom order.

3. Pricing and Payment

3.1 Pricing

All prices are listed in EUR (€) unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without notice, but changes will not affect orders already confirmed.

3.2 Taxes

Applicable taxes (IVA/VAT) will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your delivery location. Prices displayed on product pages may not include taxes.

3.3 Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on delivery location, product size and weight, and shipping method selected.

3.4 Payment Methods

We accept: Credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), Shopify Payments, and other methods as indicated at checkout. Payment is due in full at the time of order.

3.5 Payment Security

All payment transactions are processed through secure, encrypted connections by PCI-DSS compliant processors. We do not store your full payment card details on our servers.

3.6 Pricing Errors

If we discover a pricing error before processing your order, we will contact you to either proceed at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.

4. Production and Delivery

4.1 In-Stock Items

Standard products in stock are typically processed and shipped within 3–5 business days of order confirmation.

4.2 Made-to-Order Items

Products requiring special manufacturing or currently out of stock may require 15–35 business days for production before shipping. We will notify you of the expected timeframe when you place your order.

4.3 Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and begin after the order ships. Delivery times are estimates only and depend on shipping carrier, destination, customs clearance, and other external factors.

4.4 Shipping Addresses

You are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Contact us immediately at mybeaktor@beaktor.com if you need to change your address — we cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed or shipped.

4.5 Delivery Requirements

Large or heavy items may require signature upon delivery or assistance unloading. Please ensure someone is available to receive the shipment. Additional charges may apply for failed delivery attempts or special delivery services.

4.6 Inspection Upon Delivery

Inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If packaging appears damaged, note this on the delivery receipt and take photos before accepting. Report any damage or missing items to mybeaktor@beaktor.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos.

4.7 Shipping Delays

Beaktor is not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs clearance, incorrect shipping information provided by you, natural disasters, or other force majeure events.

4.8 International Orders (Including USA/Canada)

For orders shipped outside the European Union: You are the importer of record and responsible for complying with all applicable import, customs, product safety, and local regulatory requirements. You are responsible for paying any import duties, taxes, or brokerage fees. Our products are designed and manufactured in accordance with applicable EU and Spanish standards.
