Legal Information
Beaktor, whose corporate name is WORK ANYWHERE MLJ, S.L, legally constituted with fiscal headquarters in Spain with CIF B02829935 and registered office in 28037 Madrid, Julian Camarillo 47, A208, is registered in the commercial register of Madrid in Volume 41215, Folio 33, page No. M-730723.
Applicable legislation
These general conditions are governed by Spanish law.
Intellectual & Industrial Property
BEAKTOR is an internationally registered trademark. All the contents shown in www.beaktor.com belong to WORK ANYWHERE MLJ, S.L. and/or allies, are legally protected and have the exclusive rights for its manufacture, development and distribution.
WORK ANYWHERE MLJ, S.L. reserves the right to exercise the corresponding actions against the unauthorized use of intellectual and industrial property.
The use of the BEAKTOR website does not grant any rights with respect to copyright or intellectual property rights related to the content of the website. All copyrights are protected under national and international law.
Any content of the website may only be reproduced or distributed with the express permission of WORK ANYWHERE MLJ, S.L.
Payment Methods
BEAKTOR offers our clients multiple payment channels or platforms to facilitate the adoption of our products and services.
Cetelem
Allows our customers to pay in monthly installments through a 100% online and paperless process. Once the loan is approved by Cetelem we will confirm the shipping or delivery date of your new BEAKTOR.
PayPal
We offer our customers the option to select PayPal as their payment method. In this case, you will be immediately redirected to the PayPal website, where you will be able to make the payment through your PayPal account.
Stripe
We offer our customers the option to select Stripe as payment platform. You can alternatively choose to pay by Visa or MasterCard debit or credit cards, and American Express credit.
Credit card
Our customers can pay by credit card: VISA, MasterCard and American Express. To do so, please select your credit card company when placing your order.
Direct Wire Transfer
We offer the option to pay without entering your credit card details. To do this, select the option “Direct bank transfer” in the checkout process and then transfer the amount to the account indicated in the order confirmation, specifying the order number. Immediately after receiving the payment in our bank account the order will be shipped.
Security
We use SSL encryption to ensure secure data transmission. Your credit card will be processed for payment authorization when we receive the order. The amount will be charged to your card when we send the order confirmation.
Data Privacy
BEAKTOR does not store payment method data when payments are made by credit card, bank transfer or PayPal, as they are processed through secure third-party payment platforms, bank or credit or debit card issuer of the user’s credit or debit card. In case of payment financed via Cetelem, this is supervised by the Bank of Spain as the entity in charge of collecting user data. These companies do not share data with us such as card numbers or other confidential data of each client.
Pricing
Website prices include VAT. Shipping costs will be borne by BEAKTOR or by the customer, depending on the method of purchase.
The prices shown on the website are BEAKTOR’s tariff prices. The final price, including taxes, will appear in the purchase summary shown during the process. An associated discount may be applied to the net price of the product if the Customer has a code.
The application of discount codes will be subject to specific campaigns or actions.
In case of use of a promotional discount code, BEAKTOR may request information about the origin of the code and the legitimacy of its use, as discount codes are usually due to targeted promotions. In the event that the requested information is not provided and/or the user is found not to be the original recipient of the code, BEAKTOR reserves the right not to apply the discount in question.
BEAKTOR’s rates are subject to change, and the prices shown at any given time are the current prices.
Rate changes will not affect orders already confirmed.
Returns & Refunds
If you are not 100% satisfied with the purchase you can request an exchange or refund, as long as it is within 14 calendar days of receipt of the order.
The right of withdrawal by the Customer to initiate the procedure for returning the product must occur within a maximum period of 14 calendar days from the date of delivery of the product.
The right of withdrawal must be notified via email to beaktor@beaktor.com, indicating the order number. Once received, BEAKTOR will contact the Customer to send a shipping label that must be printed and attached to the packaging for the return of the product. The Customer must then coordinate the pick-up with the carrier. It is important to specify that the transport costs incurred by withdrawal will be borne by the Customer.
The product must be in perfect condition, with its accessories, documentation and original packaging. When picking up the order, it must be delivered in the same condition in which it was received.
Once we have received the product, we will examine it carefully and will inform you by e-mail within a reasonable period of time if it is necessary to reimburse or replace it. The refund or replacement of the item will be made as soon as possible and, in any case, within 14 days from the date on which we send you an e-mail confirming that the refund or replacement of the non-conforming item is appropriate. The reimbursement of the amount will be made to the same method of payment that the payment of the amount of the product was made. In case of financing by bank transfer.
For returns related to damage caused by mishandling of the packaging at the time of transport that affects the physical integrity of the product, must be notified within 24 hours of receipt of the order. It is important to note that transportation costs caused by damage to the product will be borne by BEAKTOR.
Other conditions that apply:
No exchanges or returns will be accepted for aesthetic reasons such as different grains in wood products since it is a natural product, or for various objections that do not correspond to the quality of the product.
No returns will be accepted for customized products or products manufactured specifically for the customer or at the customer’s request. This includes all products with possible combinations of colors, sizes or other forms of customization, this is because the product is manufactured exclusively.
Order Cancellation
You will have a period of 4 hours to cancel an order, as long as it has not been picked up for shipment and delivery to the customer. The cancellation will only be possible for a product in stock.
For products out of stock and to be manufactured, you will have a period of 24 hours from the time the order was placed to request changes or cancellation of the order.
After 24 hours it will not be possible to make changes or cancellations as it enters a production line.
Guarantee
WORK ANYWHERE MLJ, S.L. guarantees that its products are free of manufacturing and material defects at origin. The warranty terms and conditions will vary for each product and will appear in its warranty certificate.
For BEAKTOR, there is a three-year (3-year) warranty that covers the cost of repairing any manufacturing defects in the product during the warranty period.
This warranty includes coverage for manufacturing defects, hardware failures or actuator breakages.
What is not covered by the warranty? The warranty does not cover damage resulting from impacts or misuse of the product, stains, worktop breakage or wear and tear due to improper use.
